Responsibility:
•Lead the development and deployment of Granarolo Group Operational Excellence model according to the defined Granarolo Group strategy to unleash people capabilities and achieve step change in performance.
•Drives, pursues and acts to establish the continuous improvement culture within the organization in collaboration with Operations Leadership team, facilitating the implementation, sustaining and improving the Operational Excellence programs, providing guidance, coaching and direction to the organization .
•Coordinates and manages the Operations continuous improvement programs, conferring with management and engineering staff to support the design and the implementation of the improvement actions (organization, lay-out, processes, tools,...)
•Acts as a consultant, to coach and assist Managers and Supervisors assuring the fully ownership by line referents of the OPEX standard work process, methods, and tools.
•Provides training in the area of IWS/lean techniques and continuous improvement practices to assure the use of the right tools during improvement actions execution.
•Measure, monitor and control quality of output in achieving the prescribed key performance indicators.
•Ensure Granarolo OPEX model deployment in Bologna and Usmate plants, and that all methods, standards and processes are fully in line with the global standards and aligned with Granarolo OPEX Model
•Develop and coordinates Operational Excellence engineers and employees redeployed on continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualification:
•Engineering Management Degree
•Lean Six Sigma certification (preferred)
•English fluent , Italian first language
Experience:
•Overall Experience:Manufacturing or Supply Chain experience (>7 years)
•Specific Experience: IWS – Integrated Work System / Continuous improvement / Lean experience (>3/4 years)
